Hwy 268 in Caldwell County is a part of the Overmountain Victory Trail and is a NC designed scenic byway. If you have not driven through the Yadkin Valley in a while this is what your missing. And while your there stop in at Fort Defiance we would love to have you. We are open Thursday through Saturday 10:00 to 4:00 and Sunday 1:00 to 4:00
Due to weather conditions, the Celtic Festival scheduled for today has been cancelled. We do expect to reschedule, however, the date yet to be determined.
